When you fill out a form on our website, we collect the information you submit. This includes:

You choose what to share in these forms. Required fields are marked. Optional fields (such as the project description on the consultation form) are submitted only if you choose to fill them in.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on each page, and the date and time of your visit.

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Here is what is active on our site and what each one does:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Tracks website traffic and visitor behavior in aggregate. Helps us understand how people find and use our site. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish between unique visitors and returning visitors. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

• Google Tag Manager (GTM): A tag management system that loads and manages the other tracking tools listed here. GTM itself does not collect personal data. It is the container that fires the other tags based on page load rules.

• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram): Tracks conversions from our Meta advertising campaigns. When you visit our website after seeing one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, the Meta Pixel records that visit so we can measure whether our ads are working. The Meta Pixel may also be used to create retargeting audiences. You can manage your Meta ad preferences at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences.

• Google Ads Conversion Tag: Tracks conversions from our Google Ads campaigns. When you visit our website after clicking one of our Google search ads, the conversion tag records that visit. This data is used to measure ad performance and optimize our campaigns. You can manage your Google ad settings at https://adssettings.google.com.

• Webflow: Our website is hosted on Webflow. Webflow may set its own cookies for site functionality and performance. You can review Webflow's privacy policy at https://webflow.com/legal/privacy.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. However, blocking cookies may affect how our website functions, and some features (such as form submissions) may not work as expected.

These include Webflow (hosting), Google (analytics and advertising), Meta (advertising), and our customer relationship management (CRM) system. These providers receive only the data necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy policies.

• Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, in response to a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Modern Visions Design Studio, our clients, or the public.

• Business transfers. If Modern Visions Design Studio is acquired, merges with another company, or sells substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We would notify you of any such change by updating this policy.

Form submissions (consultation requests and contact messages) are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for business record-keeping purposes. We do not keep form data indefinitely if there is no ongoing client relationship.

Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the default retention settings of each platform. Google Analytics 4 retains user-level data for 14 months by default. Meta and Google Ads retain conversion data according to their own policies.

If you would like us to delete your form submission data, contact us using the information at the bottom of this policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include:

• The right to know what personal information we have collected about you.

• The right to request deletion of your personal information.

• The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information, but we state this right here for transparency.

If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
